By working at SACOSS, you’ll help us advocate on behalf of vulnerable and disadvantaged South Australians, and the community service agencies that support them. You’ll be joining a small and committed team dedicated to working towards a future of justice, opportunity and shared wealth.
As the peak body for the non-government health and community services sector, our roles include:
- Representing and giving voice to the interests of people who experience poverty, inequality and injustice, and the social services sector which supports them.
- Researching, developing policy and advocating on issues affecting disadvantaged South Australians and the sector that serves them.
- Disseminating important information from the government to the community sector and from our sector back to government and the broader community.
- Building the capacity of the health and community services sector and people faced with disadvantage to better respond to their circumstances.

Digital Campaign Specialist
2-year contract / 0.8 FTE
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Campaign Specialist to support SACOSS’s advocacy and policy priorities by planning and delivering campaign communications across digital channels. You’ll translate complex social policy issues into clear, engaging and accessible content, strengthen SACOSS’s public profile, and support member and community engagement in pursuit of social and economic justice in South Australia.
